The founders of one of the most popular Czech companies – the Zátka Brothers – chose a location for their business near the Vltava mill in Březí in the legendary year of 1884. Their plan to produce an original assortment of Italian pasta paid off beautifully. The novelty was a breath of fresh air for traditional home cooking, and the pasta brought joy from the discovery of new flavours and products.
